Little Patriots: First Step Learns About Independence Day

First Step Juniors, Seniors and Grade 1 marked the run-up to Independence Day with a fun audio-visual class of their own. Settled together on the classroom floor, the children watched colourful visuals and videos that walked them through the story of India’s freedom, the significance of the tricolour, and why the nation celebrates the day every year. 🇮🇳

Between the bright animations and simple explanations, the little ones came away with more than just facts — a growing sense of pride and love for their country, learned the way it sticks best at this age: through pictures, stories and a screen full of colour.
