Elisha's Design & Technology class this week was all sawdust and concentration, as he measured, cut, and glued his way to a fully handmade miniature table and chair.

Working piece by piece — squaring up joints, sanding edges, and fitting each leg by hand — the build was as much a lesson in patience as it was in carpentry. Every measurement mattered, and more than one piece needed a second look before it was ready to join the rest.

By the end of the class, what started as a pile of wooden strips and glue had become a neat little table and chair set — proof that steady hands and real focus go a long way in Design & Technology.
